Coaching, through connection.

Clearer thinking for what comes next.

Change is personal. Coaching offers space to reflect, clarify your priorities and decide how you want to move forward.

Meet the collective.

Co-founded by Nikki Jongbloed, Sarah Halverson and Ola Szlachtowicz. We’re independent coaches, each with our own focus. Start with whoever fits, and if someone else would suit you better, we can introduce you with your agreement.

Start with a conversation

Reach out to any Letter6 coach to arrange a 30-minute introductory conversation. It’s a chance to talk about what you’re looking for, ask questions and explore whether coaching together feels like a good fit.

If another coach in the collective seems better suited to your needs, we can help you connect with them—with your agreement. You choose who you work with.

Working with a coach

Each coach runs their own independent practice. Visit their site to explore working together and arrange your next conversation directly with them.

Growth is a
shared practice.

Our name comes from Seneca’s Moral Letters to Lucilius, Letter VI, “On Sharing Knowledge”. Its reflections on learning and personal growth inform the philosophy behind Letter6.

Letter6 brings independent coaches together around a shared belief: growth benefits from thoughtful conversation, honest reflection and shared knowledge. Each coach brings their own experience and perspective to a professional coaching partnership.

The collective gives us a way to learn from one another while each running our own coaching practice. For you, it means a choice of approaches and help finding the right fit, including an introduction to another coach in the collective when that feels more suitable. As Letter6 grows, that commitment to shared learning and thoughtful introductions continues.

“I feel, my dear Lucilius, that I am being not only reformed, but transformed.”
